Building AI products around memory, continuity, and care

Engrammic AI is building software for neurodivergent life management: products that help people remember, decide, follow through, and coordinate with the people who support them.

The Thesis

Memory infrastructure becomes a product layer

Most AI products still behave like stateless chat surfaces. We think the next durable layer is systems that preserve context over time and make it useful again later for individuals, families, and care networks.

The Wedge

Neurodivergent life management

We are starting where the need is immediate and daily: executive function friction, memory gaps, time blindness, choice paralysis, and caregiver coordination. These problems are persistent, high-frequency, and poorly served by generic productivity software.

Problem

The deck’s four recurring pain points still define the opportunity

Memory loss

People lose important context unless it is captured and resurfaced at the right time.

Blank-page paralysis

Starting and structuring tasks is often harder than the task itself.

Time blindness

Conventional reminders assume stable routines and consistent follow-through that many users simply do not have.

Caretaker overload

The support system around a person often carries an unsustainable amount of scheduling, planning, and context.

Product

Start with SpicyBrain. Expand into Circles.

SpicyBrain is the initial product: an AI assistant for notes, reminders, focus support, memory capture, and gentle follow-through.

The next layer is Circles: trusted groups around a person, family, or care network. A Circle is both a collaboration model and a security boundary for shared context.

Long term, this points toward persistent personal and family memory assets that do not vanish when a chat session ends or a single user drops out of the system.

Business Model

Consumer subscription first

The original deck positioned the product in a premium subscription range comparable to life coaching, fitness, therapy-adjacent services, and B2B health benefits.

Today the public plan structure is simpler: Personal and Circle subscriptions that establish consumer willingness to pay before broader expansion.

The longer-term expansion path remains health-adjacent support systems, caregiver workflows, and benefits-oriented partnerships.

Market

Large need, frequent pain, weak incumbent fit

160M

Adult ADHD

62M

Autism Spectrum

250M+

Direct Caregivers

Roadmap

Consumer first, support systems next

The deck roadmap moved from family-and-friends alpha through broader release and into medical, caretaker, and corporate opportunities. That sequence still makes sense: earn trust with consumers first, then expand into higher-trust, higher-complexity channels.

Team

Experienced operators

The founding team spans Tableau, Amazon, Expedia, Microsoft, Sinclair Digital, analytics leadership, and ML/data infrastructure. This is a strong build-oriented team for an AI product that needs both product intuition and durable systems engineering.
